SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Orders

All orders are sent via Australia Post. The following minimum charges apply:

  • Regular Postage $6.50
  • Receipted Delivery $8.60
  • Insured Post $10.00
  • Express Post $10.90

Postal charges depend on the destination, weight and postage method selected for the order. Simply enter your postcode at the Checkout and select the postal service that best suits your needs.

    At Deadeye Darts we have the most advanced shipping postage calculator available. The shipping total for your order is based on the actual cost of post and packaging.

  • CHECK THE POSTAGE CHARGE BEFORE YOU BUY.

    When you enter your postcode at the check out in the shopping cart you will see the postage cost for the various postal options that are available.

  • POSTAL OPTIONS.

    You can choose the type of postage you require - Regular Post, Receipted Post, Insured Post or Express Post. Average transit times are displayed if you click the postage options available (transit times quoted are only a guide provided by Australia Post not a guarantee of delivery). With orders $100.00 and over Regular Post is not available.

YOUR ORDER

  • AUTOMATIC EMAIL ON SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER.

    Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase.

  • ORDERS SHIPPED SAME DAY

    Orders placed prior to 1.00 pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day via the postal method you selected at the checkout. If we are unable to dispatch your order on time we will contact you.

  • NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED

    You will receive an email when your order ids shipped.

  • A TAX INVOICE IS INCLUDED WITH THE ORDER

International Orders

All orders are sent First Class Airmail via Australia Post. The following minimum charges apply;

  • Airmail First Class $ 7.00
  • Express Post International $10.50
  • Optional Insurance - Extra $8.10

Postal charges depend on the country of destination, weight and postage method selected for the order. Simply enter your country at the Checkout and select the postal service that best suits your needs. Insurance is optional.

International Customers Please Note: that you the recipient are responsible for any duties or customs charges that may apply to allow the goods to enter your Country.

DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT & MONEYS ORDERS/CHEQUES

  • Orders will remain valid for 7 days from the time stated when you submitted your order and will be cancelled if the payment is not received within this time.

    With International Orders we only accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have a return authorisation number. Please call, fax or email for authorisation and provide a complete explanation for requesting a return. When shipping items back, please include:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Reason for return
  • Request for credit or replacement
  • Return Authorisation number

A restocking or handling fee may be charged at our discretion. We will gladly replace or credit items which are defective or shipped in error. Please call for prior approval.
